For Coca - Cola's 100th birthday we created a campaign that spread happiness on social media and celebrated the iconic bottle shape.
We looked at the various moments where people could make happiness happen for others like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, friendships, romance, pets, family, holidays and funny moments. We then prepared over 115 unique messages and illustrated posts that our social team could update on the fly with the person’s name and respond to them with personalised messages from Coca-Cola using #MakeHappinessZA.
Our data was collected by using online reputation management tools that tracked all the happy conversations in South Africa.
We identified a dictionary of hashtags associated with happy moments like
#happy, #blessed, #TGIF, #besties, #engaged, #Yay, #lucky, #loved, #beautiful and many more.
