Challenge:
Miro had defined their core company values but needed to then define the behaviors that brought those values to life across the company of more than two thousand employees, globally.

Idea:
Build a common language for Mironeers to use in order to evaluate their own and each others' behaviors, and ultimately hold each other accountable for collective success.


Execution:
We created 8 videos (2 per value) that were delivered by the leadership team across Miro to explain what these values looked like in action. Each video had animation to bring the story to life and accompanying illustrations that could become posters, presentations, zoom backgrounds and social media collateral. 
My role on the project:
• Working with the senior producer, animator, writer and editor to ensure the storytelling was conversational, human and authentic.
We wanted  to leave people feeling inspired, connected to each other and like they belong to and are part of something bigger. 
• Design and animation storyboarding
• Conceptualising and creative direction on illustrations for each behavior.
• Managing stakeholder relationships throughout.
